Family and Loved Ones
Madison is survived by her mother, Priscilla (Michael) Allen of Syracuse, her father, Joseph Faltisco II of Maryland, and her siblings Enzo Groat, Taylee, Mya, and Jace Allen, all from Syracuse. She is also mourned by her paternal grandparents, Joseph Sr. and Paula Faltisco of Virginia. Madison was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roderic and Nanette Groat, from Syracuse.

Calling hours to pay tribute to Madison Faltisco will be held from 4:00 to 6:30 pm at Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home, located at 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY, 13212. Following the calling hours, a service celebrating Maddy’s life will take place.
