Born on March 5, 1962, in Plainfield, Kelly Jean Belford spent her childhood in Union before settling in St. Catharines twenty-five years ago. She was dedicated to her career as an electrical repair worker at Benjamin Moore in Clifton for over three decades.

Outside of work, Kelly Jean Belford found solace in her love for fishing and spending time on the lake. She was an enthusiastic supporter of the New York Yankees, the New Jersey Devils, and the New York Jets, exemplifying her passion for sports. Additionally, Kelly Jean Belford was a devoted patriot who proudly displayed her love for her country by adorning her yard with American flags and other patriotic decorations. Her beloved dog, Kate, held a special place in her heart.

A Loving Legacy: Kelly Jean Belford’s Family

Kelly Jean Belford will be forever cherished as a wonderful wife and mother. She is survived by her loving husband, Helene Kelly, with whom she shared 33 years of marriage, and their daughter, Brianna. She is also survived by her mother, Elizabeth O’Grady, who resides in Lakewood, as well as her brothers, Steven and Phil “PJ,” and their respective families.
